To help us reply faster, tag your subject line and include the relevant details:
- Support — include the email on your account, the page where the problem happened (e.g.
/dashboard/generate), and a screenshot if you have one. - Billing — include the order ID from your Stripe receipt. Refund window and policy live in our Terms.
- Press & partnerships— we'll reply within two business days with a brand kit and any assets you need.
- Security— please report vulnerabilities responsibly and don't share details publicly until we've fixed them.
- Privacy / data requests — export and deletion options also live in
/dashboard/settings. Full policy at /privacy.
